Greetings In Christ Jesus!
When Jesus came the first time to earth, He came according to a "time" which God The Father, Jesus and The Holy Spirit had specified before they created this world. The first part of that "plan" was given to Adam & Eve, when God told them to offer a "lamb" as an "atonement" for their sins. For the first 1500 years of earth's history, the father of each household was the "priest" and led out in the worship of God and in offering the animal sacrifices.
When God sent Moses to bring His people out of Egypt, the "Plan of Salvation" was given in much more detail. God said to Moses.
Exodus 25:8 "And let them make Me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them."
The "first sanctuary" also called the "Wilderness Tabernacle" was made in the first year that they came out of Egypt and was "set up" in the "first month" of the second year of the Exodus, we read in Exodus 40: 17. "And it came to pass in the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that The Tabernacle was reared up."

Moses was given very specific instructions as to the building, the furniture and the order of service. It was to be followed "exactly"; a careless or willful neglect of the instructions brought death to the transgressor as we see in the example of Aaron's sons; Nadab & Abihu!
In Leviticus 23:1-44; are listed the "seven" yearly "feasts"of the Sanctuary Service; they are as follows:
1. Passover: 14th Day of the "first month" Nisan, or "Abib".
2. Feast of Unleavened Bread: 15th - 21st of "first month".
3. Wave Sheaf: Also called, "First
Fruits", 16th of 1st Month.
4. Pentecost: 50 days after "first fruits" in the 3rd Month.
5. Feast of Trumpets: 1st Day of "Seventh Month".
6. Day of Atonement: 10th Day of "Seventh Month".
7. Feast of Tabernacles: 15th to 22nd of "Seventh Month".
The important point of these yearly feasts, each with their own specifically set time, is this. When Jesus came to earth the first time, He came exactly at the time that was prophesied.
In Daniel 9: 25 we read.
"Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times."
That "decree" was given by the Persian King, Artaxerxes Longimanus, in the Autumn of 457B.C.
Seven weeks plus three score and two weeks = 69 weeks.
69 weeks would = 483 days.
69 X 7 = 483
But; the prophets knew that in Bible Prophecy, God had said that 1 day = 1 year, as we read in Ezekiel 4: 6 >
"And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of
Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year."
And also in Numbers 14: 34 >
" After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise."
Now, when we apply this principle to the 69 weeks which equals 483 days we then have 483 years.
This is very precise time given by God to specifically tell His people that The Messiah would be among them in exactly 483 years after the decree to, "restore and build Jerusalem".
The decree was given in the Autumn of 457 B.C.; 483 years from that time takes us to the Autumn of 27 A.D. In the Autumn of 27 A.D.; Jesus was baptized of John in the Jordan River and after His encounter with Satan in the wilderness, He began to preach saying >
"The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel."
Mark 1: 15
"The time is fulfilled"
Christ Jesus, was referring directly to Daniel 9: 25. The 69 weeks, which, = 483 years was complete and The Messiah had arrived, but, and don't miss this point, The Jews, who claimed to be God's "chosen people", "knew it not" ! This is a stern warning to professed Christians today!
So we see, that God has given very "precise times" for the "fulfillment" of "events" in His Great Plan to save His rebellious children from eternal death !
But there is more to this wonderful revelation from Our Heavenly Father, through His Son, Jesus Christ, and given to Daniel by the power of The Holy Spirit.
The 483 years, are the larger part of the Prophecy of 70 weeks, given in Daniel 9: 24, notice >
"Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy."
70 weeks = 490 days, which in Bible Prophecy = 490 years.
From 457 B.C., 490 years reaches to AD 34.
483 years reached to the ''anointing", that is the "baptism of Christ. 1 week or 7 days, which = 7 years remained to complete the 70 weeks or 490 years allotted to the Jewish people to fulfill their position as God's "chosen people". In the last week or 7 years of 490, The Messiah would come, notice Daniel 9: 26 & 27 >
"And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for Himself:...... And He shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week He shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease..."
For 3 1/2 years after His baptism in the Autumn of 27 AD, Christ ministered to the people and revealed Himself as the Messiah by many Words and miracles. But, exactly in the "midst" or "middle" of that last 7 years of the 490 years, in the Spring of AD 31, Christ was crucified for the sins of His rebellious children, He was in this sense, "cut off" or "put to death", "not for Himself" but for you and me, because of our terrible sins!
The Apostle Paul, understood this when by the Spirit's inspiration he said in 1 Corinthians 5: 7 >
"Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:"
On which day was Christ crucified ?
The Holy Spirit answers in Luke 22: 15 >
"And He said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:.."
God's days always begin at sunset. This was the beginning of the Passover when Jesus sat down with His disciples to eat the Passover. In Leviticus 23: 32 God says >
"It shall be unto you a Sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your Sabbath.
In that very night, which was the 14th day of the first month called, "Nisan", Jesus was arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane, and taken to the home of the "high priest" and put on trial. That same day, He was taken to Pilate, then to Herod and back to Pilate. Pilate sentenced Him to death by crucifixion. On that same day, the 14th Day of the "first month" and at the "9th hour"; Jesus died for our terrible transgressions of God's Holy Law. This was the very "day", "month", and "hour", on which the "Passover Lamb" had been sacrificed for 1500 years. This service had for 1500 years, "prophesied" that the "Messiah" would die on that very day and at that very hour! This is the greatest evidence that Jesus of Nazareth, was The Son of God, The Saviour of The World!
The "seven annual feasts" specified in Leviticus 23:1-44; which God instituted at the time of the "Exodus" from Egypt, are all "Prophecies" of the very "time" on which certain "salvation events" did and will continue to take place. "Type" must meet "Anti type" at the very time pointed out in the "symbolic service".
The "type" is the "Feast days" of the earthly sanctuary, The "Anti-type" is Jesus Christ the One who "fulfills" the "prophecy" or "salvation event", "symbolized" by the "type" !
The whole of the Sanctuary Service as was carried out on earth, is a "type" or "symbolic prophecy" of the "Plan of Salvation". It is The Gospel revealed through "types" and "symbols" all of which point to some aspect of Christ's ministry as, "The Lamb of God", as our, "Heavenly High Priest", our "Mediator", "Judge", and "King"!
That is why The Scripture says in Psalms 77: 13 >
"Thy way O' God is in The Sanctuary".
It is impossible to understand the ministry of Christ or what is required of us as "Christians" , unless we have an "intelligent" and "thorough" understanding of the Sanctuary and its services!
Not only did Christ fulfill exactly the "Passover-type", "at the time pointed out in the symbolic service", but He also fulfilled "three" other of the Feast Day "types" at His crucifixion, and 50 days after that event! He "rested" in the tomb on the 15th Day of the "first month", which is the "first day" of the "Feast of Unleavened Bread" and also a "Sabbath".
This fact is very wonderful to consider. The "first day" of the "Feast of Unleavened Bread" in AD 31, at the crucifixion of Christ, fell on a "Seventh Day Sabbath", which was called a "high day". The Scripture says in John 19: 31 >
"The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation,
that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the Sabbath day, (for that Sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away."
"The "first day" of The Feast of Unleavened Bread did not always come on a weekly Sabbath. But, the awesome thing is that before the "foundation of the world" God, "wrote" into the "Plan of Salvation", The Great Sanctuary Prophecy of "types" & "symbols" that in AD 31, the "two" Sabbaths would meet on the very same day! In doing this, God had a very important and beautiful lesson to teach us. Just as the "weekly" Sabbath is a "memorial" of God's "creative power", the "1st Sabbath" of The Feast of Unleavened Bread, is a "memorial" of His "redeeming power". The command to eat "unleavened bread" for all the "seven days", signified the "putting away of sin" from our lives, a "cleansing" of the mind and of the body.
We see in these events of the crucifixion that God has a very specific and definite plan for the salvation of His rebellious children, that Plan is revealed in the beautiful symbolic services of the Hebrew Sanctuary. Every event in the life of Christ had its, "appointed time", and Christ did not act until that "time" came.
In The Sanctuary "types" of "feast days", the very next day after the "1st Sabbath" of The Feast of Unleavened Bread, came the offering of the "First Fruits" of the barley harvest. The barley harvest did not proceed until a "wave sheaf" had been gathered and brought to the temple as a Thank Offering to The Lord. But it also had a deeper meaning. It represented the resurrection of Christ from death as the "First Fruit" of the harvest of God's Faithful People. As is recorded in;
1 Corinthians 15: 23 >
"But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at His coming."
And 1 Corinthians 15: 20 says >
"But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept."
This was on the 16th day of the 1st Month of Nisan and Christ strictly honored this "type" by rising from the dead on this very day of First Fruits!
50 days after the feast of "First Fruits" came the Feast of Pentecost. This feast was a "memorial" of the giving of The Law on Mount Sinai during the Exodus from Egypt. In 31 AD, after the ascension of Christ, as the disciples were gathered in the "upper room" in Jerusalem according to the command of Christ who said to them in Luke 24: 29 >
"And, behold, I send the promise of My Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power on high.
Then in Acts 2:1 - we read >
"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." Acts 2:1
Again we see that Christ very strictly kept this Feast according to the very Day that He had specified 1500 years before when He instituted the Great Symbolic Service of The Sanctuary !
Now here is a very, very, important fact :
There are many, in fact almost all "Christians" and almost all Seventh Day Adventist, who would tell us that the "feast days were nailed to the cross"., and "ended when Jesus died"! But, we have just read from the Scripture, that Jesus specifically kept the 14th day of the 1st month and died at the 9th hour on the Passover day in strict obedience to the "type" that He gave 1500 years before His death. Then, as we have seen from Scripture; "AFTER" His crucifixion, He specifically observed the "Feast of Unleavened Bread", "The First Fruits" and "Pentecost"! This would not make the least bit of common sense if these "types" were "nailed to the cross" and ended at the moment Christ died! We believe this is "positive proof" to any reasonable mind that they did not end, and that they will not meet their complete fulfillment until we are in our Heavenly Home. This fact, Jesus stated when He said in
Matthew 5: 17 - 18 >
"Think not that I am come to destroy The Law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from The Law, till all be fulfilled."
When will, "all be fulfilled "?
Jesus answers in Luke 22: 16 >
"For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God."
This statement by Jesus is "the key" to understanding the "time frame" during which these "types" would teach lessons in the Sanctuary Ministry of Jesus Christ!
Key > Jesus said that not one part of The Law would pass until we reached the Kingdom of God ! Therefore, the
Feast Day "types" did not "end" on the 14th Day of the 1st Month in AD 31 when Jesus died.
And let us not miss another proof also :
In this Scripture, Jesus was talking specifically about the Passover "type". The Lamb, was a "type" of Christ, "The Lamb of God". At this last Passover with His disciples, Christ instituted a "new" - "type" which from that point in time would represent His death. The "animal sacrifices" ceased at the crucifixion of Christ, but, Jesus gave the "Bread" & "Wine" to continue the celebration of the "Passover" until we reach the Kingdom of God! So even the "Passover - type" was not all "nailed to the cross!
To teach that the "law" was nailed to the cross, is to call Christ a "liar" and "make of none effect" The Word of The Living God!
To teach that the "law" was nailed to the cross, Is a denial of The Testimony of The Holy Spirit!
To teach that the "law" was nailed to the cross, Totally destroys the "Messages of The Three Angels" of Revelation 14:6 -12!
To teach that the "law" was nailed to the cross, makes void the Great Ant-typical Day of Atonement! If The Day of Atonement "ended" at the cross, then there is no Sanctuary in Heaven and no Investigative Judgment in process since October 22, 1844!
If the "type" is destroyed, there can not be an, "Anti-typical" fulfillment, that is only common sense!
But Christ is not a man that He should lie and He testifies that "not one jot or one tittle shall pass from the law until all ..be fulfilled in the Kingdom of God"!
So then: just as Christ "fulfilled" the "Spring Types" of the Sanctuary Prophecy at His first coming, He will with the same precise regard for "time", fulfill the "Autumn Types" that point to His Second Coming.
Those Autumn Types are:
Feast Of Trumpets
- 1st day of the Seventh Month.
This was one day and was a "Sabbath". Just like the Seventh Day Sabbath, no work was to be done, no business transactions, no ordinary occupations were to be done.
This Feasts of Trumpets, was an announcement that the most solemn Feast Day -
Day Of Atonement
was approaching.
2. Day Of Atonement
10th Day of The Seventh Month.
This was the Day of Judgment! This was the day when all the sins that had been confessed in the "court" of the Sanctuary, and transferred by" the blood" of the sacrifice being taken into the "Holy Place" of The Sanctuary, was brought before God in the Most Holy Place and the blood was "sprinkled" upon the Ark Of The Covenant.
The sins of the people were then "erased" from the record and the "Sanctuary was cleansed".
Here is a picture to help us understand this very important work by the Earthly High Priest in The Earthly Sanctuary on the Day of Atonement.

First we will consider what happened in the Holy Place of the earthly sanctuary every day of the year. Picture # 1 on the left shows the Holy Place. Every day when a sacrifice was offered, the priest would bring some blood into this room and sprinkle it on the vail behind the alter of Incense that we see just before the curtain, close to the priest. Sometimes the priest would place some the blood on the horns of the alter of Incense that we see just before the curtain. This action, signified the transfer of the sins of the person to the Sanctuary. The person was forgiven his transgressions. That blood was a "symbol" or "type" of the "blood" of Jesus Christ –
The Lamb of God.
This is what was done many times every day according to the command of God for the forgiveness of sins, Then "once each year", on the 10th Day of The Seventh Month, which was called the Day of Atonement, a special service took place which was called, "the cleansing" of The Sanctuary. In this service, the sins were, by the offering of blood in the Most Holy Place, transferred to the Heavenly Sanctuary waiting for the "time" when Christ, our Heavenly High Priest, would begin the "cleansing" of The Heavenly Sanctuary

Hebrews 8: 1 - 5
"Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; "A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.
" For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer.
"For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:
"Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith He, that thou make all things according to the pattern showed to thee in the mount."
Christ, when He ascended in AD 31, entered The Holy Place of the Sanctuary in Heaven as our High Priest and Mediator before Our Heavenly Father. The Sanctuary in Heaven is the "True Tabernacle", the Sanctuary on earth is a "pattern" or "copy" of the Heavenly! the earthly Sanctuary had a "Holy" and "Most Holy Place", therefore; the Sanctuary in Heaven, has, a Holy Place, and a "Most Holy Place".
In the "earthly" Sanctuary, the "blood of animals" was a "symbol" or "type" of the "blood" of Jesus. The blood of animals can not take away sin, that is why Jesus had to shed His blood to save us. As the Scripture says in:
Hebrews 9: 12 >
"Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood He entered in once into the holy place, having obtained Eternal Redemption for us."
The Day of Atonement - On this day, which always was in the Autumn, on the 10th Day of The Seventh Month, called Tishri, corresponding to "September- October" of the calendar used in Western Nations today., The earthly High Priest went into the "second apartment" of the Sanctuary. Only "once" each year did the High Priest enter into The Most Holy Place.
The Most Holy Place was behind the curtain in front of which we see the High Priest standing in this picture.
The Most Holy Place.
In there was only "one" article of furniture, which was a special chest called the Ark Of The Covenant.
It was called the Ark Of The Covenant because in side of it was the 10 Commandments that God had given to Moses, which God had written with His own finger upon
"two tables of stone".
Deuteronomy 9: 9 >
" When I was gone up into the mount to receive the tables of stone, even the tables of The Covenant which the LORD made with you, then I abode in the mount forty days and forty nights, I neither did eat bread nor drink water:"
Hebrews 9: 3, 4.
"And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and The Tables of The Covenant;..."
In 1987, our church Elder gave us a copy of a study on the Jubilee and the Sanctuary Types. When we received this, we read quite a bit of it, and decided we must go to the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy and search this out for ourselves. The result was a most wonderful and challenging experience.
As we begin to study, we soon began to see that indeed there was much more to The Sanctuary Doctrine than was being taught from time to time in the Sabbath School Quarterly. We began to share our discoveries with other friends and some did show an interest in this subject. The Church members asked us to share this with those who came to Prayer Meeting. This was just a small church of about 50 people in Trail, B.C. Canada.
The night this was supposed to happen, I drove the few miles to the "pastors" home and rode the rest of the way with him. The meeting proceeded and then came the time for me to share what we were finding in our search. But, it was not to be; the "pastor", vigorously protested and forbid me to share anything. He said, "We have all the light we need and this is not a true message". So much for that. Well since I rode part of the way there with him, I had to ride back to his home to get my own car. As I drove from his place to my own home, I wept and prayed before the Lord. I asked Him to show me clearly if this understanding I was receiving was true as I did not want to deceive anyone and be found a teacher of error. Well He answered in a wonderful way!
At that time we were reading the book for evening worship, called, The Upward Look which was quotations entirely from the Spirit of Prophecy. One evening, shortly after this experience, as we gathered for worship, it was my Son's turn to read and this is what we began to hear from Page 199.
“God bids us give our time and strength to the work of preaching to the people the messages that stirred men and women in 1843 and 1844. . . . My brethren, take your position where God bids you. leave alone those who, after light has been repeatedly given them, have taken a stand on the opposite side. . . . Take up the work which has been given us. With the Word of God as your message, stand on the platform of truth and proclaim the soon coming of Christ. Truth, eternal truth, will prevail.
I was excited, I said, "Rick, do you realize what you just read". Here was a direct "command" from God to teach The Messages of 1843 - 1844. We were doing exactly as Our Heavenly Father commanded us to do. We were not aware of this statement before this experience. As you can well understand, we continued our search with great enthusiasm. But there is more on that page and in case you may not have the book it continues by saying > "
"For more than half a century [I.e., since 1844] the different points of present truth have been questioned and opposed. New theories have been advanced as truth, which were not truth, and the Spirit of God revealed their error. As the great pillars of our faith have been presented, the Holy Spirit has borne witness to them, and especially is this so regarding the truths of The Sanctuary question. Over and over again the Holy Spirit has in a marked manner endorsed the preaching of this doctrine. But today, as in the past, some will be led to form new theories and to deny the truths upon which the Spirit of God has placed His approval.
Any man who seeks to present theories which would lead us from the light that has come to us on the ministration in the heavenly sanctuary should not be accepted as a teacher. A true understanding of the sanctuary question means much to us as a people. When we were earnestly seeking the Lord for light on that question, light came. In vision I was given such a view of The Heavenly Sanctuary, and the ministration connected with The Holy Place, that for many days I could not speak of it.
I know from the light that God has given me that there should be a revival of the messages that have been given in the past, because men will seek to bring in new theories, and will try to prove that these theories are Scriptural, whereas they are error, which, if allowed a place, will undermine faith in the truth. We are not to accept these suppositions and pass them along as truth. No, no; we must not move from the platform of truth on which we have been established.
“There will always be those who are seeking for something new, and who stretch and strain the Word of God to make it support their ideas and theories. Let us, brethren, take the things that God has given us, and which His Spirit has taught us is truth, and believe them, leaving alone those theories which His Spirit has not endorsed.
Manuscript 125, July 4, 1907,
"Lessons From the Visions of Ezekiel."
Praise God! But a few days later He gave us further light and encouragement. I dreamed one night that something I heard outside aroused me from my sleep. I got up, went to the front door, turned to the right and looked across the road which was about 100 feet from our house, up at the mountain which began to rise on the very opposite side of the road. As I looked, the mountain was on fire, I could see fire among the trees and smoke, and then a most wonderful site. Out of the smoke, arose beautiful white columns which plumed out at the top like a mushroom! There was a little dip in the mountain and as I watched, suddenly there was a bright flash of light and a glorious scene appeared. Right over the dip in the mountain there appeared two beautiful pillars which seemed to be standing at the entrance to a tunnel in the clouds, then, out from between the pillars came several angels and I heard one say, "Come, Jesus has come for His people"! I then heard him call "Twyna" which is the name of our oldest daughter. The dream ended at that point. The whole glorious picture presented before me in that dream looked very much like this >
Before this experience, I had never connected any "pillars" with the Second Coming of Jesus. I shared the dream with My Family at the breakfast table and wondered what it all meant.
At that time I was reading once again the wonderful book, The Desire of Ages; and I had come to chapter 51. It begins like this:
"Then spake Jesus again to them, saying, 'I Am the Light of the world; he that followeth Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life."
When He spoke these Words Jesus was in the court of the Temple, specially connected with The Feast of Tabernacles. In the center of this court rose two lofty standards; supporting lamp-stands of great size. After the evening sacrifice, all the lamps were kindled, shedding their light over Jerusalem. This ceremony was in commemoration of the pillar of light that guided Israel in the desert, and was also regarded as pointing to the coming of The Messiah. At evening when the lamps were lighted, the court was a scene of great rejoicing! Gray haired men, the priests of the temple and the rulers of the people, united in the festive dances to the sound of instrumental music and the chants of the Levites.
"In the illumination of Jerusalem, the people expressed their hope of the Messiah's coming to shed His Light upon Israel. But to Jesus, the scene had a wider meaning. As the radiant lamps of the Temple lighted up all about them, so Christ, the source of spiritual light, illumines the darkness of the world. Yet, the symbol was imperfect. That great light which His own hand had set in the heavens, was a truer representation of the glory of His mission. "

How wonderful is our Heavenly Father. Step by step he was leading us into an understanding of the message of the Sanctuary Prophecy. We now knew that the "pillars" were directly connected with The Great Feast of Tabernacles, and that they "pointed to the coming of The Messiah!" We were thrilled indeed. But there was more ahead to further encourage us. I continued my reading in the Desire of Ages and came to page 575. In my dream I saw something entwined around the "pillars", but did not know what it was though I had at some time previous read page 575. About the middle of the page I read >
"At the entrance to the temple, was a vine of gold and silver, with green leaves and massive clusters of grapes, executed by the most skillful artists. This design represented Israel as a prosperous vine. Not a doubt remained, we knew now with absolute certainty that Jesus will come at the Feast of Tabernacles! And He will come exactly according to the "time" that this feast was celebrated in the Sanctuary Service on the 15th day of the Seventh Month. That is the "seventh month" of God's Calendar, not the Roman Calendar! We are right now in the "Seventh Month" of God's calendar, and this is the 11th day. The Feast of Tabernacles starts this year on the 26th of September, but on God's Calendar it is the 15th Day of the Seventh Month called; Tishrei.
We believe God sent His Holy Spirit as He has promised in Joel 2: 28 & 30 >
"And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:..... And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke."
The wonderful Sanctuary Prophecy, reveals Christ our Heavenly High Priest, walking in the midst of the "Seven Golden Candle-sticks"
as He pleads His blood for our
sins and guides His "Little Flock" to the Heavenly pasture! We are not told "the day & the hour" but anyone who will obey God's command to >
"Give our time and strength to the work of preaching to the people the messages that stirred men and women in 1843 and 1844...."; will understand and know for certain that Christ will close probation for the whole world on "The Day Of Atonement" whatever the year that He returns, and they will know that we will begin our journey to heaven on the "first day" of the Feast of Tabernacles" and sit down with Christ around that Heavenly Banquet Table on the "last great day of the Feast of Tabernacles and be forever with Christ Our Lord and Saviour!
